We're hiring someone to email people all day long, with the purpose of building backlinks to our website CustodyXChange.com.

To excel at this job you need to be very good at persuasive writing, have lots of patience, and be tech-savvy.

The people you will email get a lot of messages every day. And most of them are ignored. To stand out from the crowd, your writing has to be really convincing.
You'll need to understand what your reader cares about, how they see you at every point of your interaction, and how to get them to give you what you're after.

This job will be challenging because it’s tedious. We’re looking for someone who isn’t easily frustrated and who has a really strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate will be happy communicating primarily through email day-in and day-out. Previous experience with that will help a lot.

A good understanding of the online marketing world will also go a long way. It'll help you connect with the people you are emailing and find new ways to approach them.

Outside of that, we want you to show that you have at least very good promise at each of the required skills. The best way to do that is to describe meaningful experiences you've had with using each skill when applying.
So what exactly will you do every day?
All of your tasks will fall under one of the following categories:
- Looking for prospects to reach out to. You'll find sites that are likely to link us based on other sites they've linked to in the past. For that, you'll use a specialized software called “Ahrefs”.
- Finding their contact information. Sending your message to the right person is the only way to get a backlink from them. If you don't get this step right, all of your other efforts will be wasted.
- Crafting the perfect message. Here's where you can really shine as a writer. And this part of the job will make the biggest difference in how successful you'll be.
- Following up with engaged prospects. Once someone has responded to your initial message, you have to be able to secure the backlink.

Our company is Custody X Change. We sell an app that creates child custody schedules and parenting plans.
It helps families make difficult decisions following separation and facilitates communication between parents who may not get along anymore. This reduces conflict and saves people a ton of money in legal fees.

This is a full-time position. The starting salary is $10-$12 per hour or the equivalent in your local currency.
