We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing recruitment marketing team. You need to be a data-driven professional who has a passion for developing campaign plans and tactics that leverage both digital and non-digital channels to engage our targeted audiences. You'll be focused on leveraging a few specific tactics of an integrated campaign to reach the ideal audience. Our region is large and diverse - different cultures and how imagery, language and tone impacts success - you'll need to bring this into play when developing segment campaign plans and briefs for our creative partners.
This position requires an understanding of campaign planning, digital channels and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. You must be detailed-oriented and committed to executing on multiple assignments on tight deadlines.
Innovative, strong problem solving skills, data-driven, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude are the keys to success in this role.
