We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing recruitment marketing team. You need to be a data-driven professional who has a passion for developing campaign plans and tactics that leverage both digital and non-digital channels to engage our targeted audiences. You'll be focused on leveraging a few specific tactics of an integrated campaign to reach the ideal audience. Our region is large and diverse - different cultures and how imagery, language and tone impacts success - you'll need to bring this into play when developing segment campaign plans and briefs for our creative partners.

This position requires an understanding of campaign planning, digital channels and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. You must be detailed-oriented and committed to executing on multiple assignments on tight deadlines.

Innovative, strong problem solving skills, data-driven, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude are the keys to success in this role.

What you'll own:

  • Executes on program or campaign.
  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy across channels- like email, digital, paid industry programs, webinars and events
  • Own the lead management process from lead capture to clean up to follow-up. You will work collaboratively with recruiting and obtain feedback on quality of RQLs (recruiter accepted leads) generated from marketing campaigns
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and recruitment leadership
  • Use automation and tools to improve processes and productivity
  • Strong understanding of how to leverage tools like Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn, On24, etc.
  • Partner closely with a manager and recruitment teams to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, web personalization and advertising
  • Has a strong understanding of the roles we are hiring for, and places where to market towards these personas.
  • Collaborates across multiple teams and pro-actively seeks out training, development and growth opportunities to become a better marketer.
  • Creates specific assets for an program or campaign such as scheduling photo subjects, writing social status updates, gathering content for resources guides, emails or websites.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years marketing experience
  • Eperience implementing lead generation programs and process
  • Experience/ understanding of A/B testing and tools such as Optimizely, Google Experiments, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Results driven
