MuleSoft's unique position helps Systems Integrators deliver on their clients' digital transformation, cloud migration, mobile, big data, and IOT initiatives, and we are looking for a superstar Alliances Manager who specializes in evangelizing, enabling, and developing joint go-to-market plans with the SI community. This role entails the strategic planning and delivery of a channel playbook to establish a cross-functional strategy to engage our current and potential partners by leveraging the knowledge of our field organization.

What you'll achieve:
Assess current partner ecosystem and understand current partner account engagement
Identify gaps in the ecosystem coverage and develop new partners as required to continue to develop the region
Engage partners and our sales teams in joint account planning and targeting while developing go-to-market strategies
Develop 3 to 5 partners with consistently positive engagement to drive in regional revenue growth
Execute ongoing demand creation activities and events to develop business
Demonstrate predictable pipeline management and revenue achievement
What you'll need to be successful:
Strong relationship-building skills and exceptional communication
2 to 5 years sales experience with proven track record of selling to/through/with System Integrators.
Creativity and organizational skills
A do-whatever-it-takes attitude
A passion for building partnerships that are mutually beneficial with the ability to sell partners on the value of the partnership, and the ability to create the infrastructure that supports and delivers a rapidly growing ecosystem of partnerships
An understanding of the product solution, the end-user needs, and how partnerships complement the MuleSoft offering
Ability to quickly deliver infrastructure requirements and build relationships with high priority partners
The intellectual horsepower to tackle a diverse set of requirements while specializing in driving projects to closure, time and time again, and the track record to prove it
