Job DetailsWe are seeking an Employee Success Business Partner ("ESBP") Representative to provide support to the Americas Business Partner team. In a partnership capacity, this individual will work closely with the ESBP team to help advise and provide support involving, but not limited to, Workday transaction review and approval, overall project coordination tracking objectives, talent initiatives and programs, compensation data analysis, audits and ad hoc reporting, partnering on mobility requests, deliverables and communications plans. This role will also work closely with the ESBP team and corporate HR teams, including compensation, mobility, recruiting, talent development and shared services, to coordinate HR initiatives that support the business needs of the organization. The ideal candidate is one who is interested in making an impact in one of the fastest growing business units in the company and the industry; excels in a fast paced, high engagement environment; and is looking to work with a strong ES Business Partner team.

Responsibilities:

+ Partner with ESBP team to provide support as needed to managers and employees to understand business needs, resolve issues and support objectives.

+ Serve as a project coordinator for the ESBP team, responsible for tracking project objectives, timelines, and communication plans by prioritizing responsibilities, and tracking and measuring to successful completion.

+ Partner with the ESBPs and corporate HR teams to coordinate the resolution of issues that require direct interactions with managers and the business related to areas such as on-boarding, off-boarding, promotions, mobility, and other related matters.

+ Provide operational and analytical support to the ESBP leaders with quantitative data in supporting tactical and strategic HR initiatives.

+ Monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover, etc. Partner with ESBP leadership team to establish recommendations for improvement or enhancements based on analysis.

+ Provide operational support for high impact initiatives; examples includes talent assessment; high-potential and manager development; organizational and compensation planning, employee engagement and retention.

+ Partner with ES Shared Services team on knowledge transfer and resolving root cause service delivery issues that impact the employee and manager experience.

Requirements and Key Skills:

+ Work closely with ESBP leadership, managers and employees to handle a variety of issues and execute on solutions and strategies in all areas of human resources

+ Demonstrated ability to support diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural fast paced environment

+ Ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be an articulate and good communicator

+ Ability to collect, assimilate, analyze and present data. Must have strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint or other spreadsheet and presentations software; Workday a plus.

+ Ability to partner with COEs to design, build, and implement programs and processes to support business needs

+ General knowledge of employment policies and practices

+ Knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices

Requirements - Education & Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 2-4 years of HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Analytics experience
