The Job

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who will organize, administer and drive to completion multiple projects across a large enterprise customer base in cooperation with and under the direction of the Engagement Management team.

what you’ll do

• Manage Engagement Management-related projects across customer base
• Create and maintain comprehensive project calendar, documentation, plans and status reports
• Monitor and track progress, handle any issues that arise specific to designated projects
• Act as the point of contact for assigned projects; communicate status to all participants
• Coordinate activities, resources, and information to successfully manage assigned projects
• Report and escalate to management as needed

who you are

• Previous experience in coordinating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
• BS/BA in a related field
