CloudZero makes efficient cloud-driven innovation a reality by putting SaaS companies in control of their cloud costs. The CloudZero Cost Intelligence platform serves as a single source of cloud cost truth for engineering leadership, finance organizations, and the product teams building the software. Bringing in data from multiple sources, CloudZero helps customers understand their margins, unit costs, and where their cloud investments are flowing to and from.

We’re looking to add an engineering manager to our quickly growing team. You will work with the team that owns our data pipeline, one of our most strategic parts of the platform, which ingests billions of events a day. You will be responsible for the coaching and facilitation of a high-caliber engineering team that is building and supporting that area of the product.

Engineering managers in our group are responsible for ensuring that the engineers on their team are set up for success. This work includes removing roadblocks when they arise and consistently communicating the big picture so that the team has the information they need to make independent decisions. You will be responsible for communicating expectations to the engineers on your team and ensuring that you are setting up individual engineers for opportunities to grow their careers.
