Enrollment Director (Cambridge, MA or Remote) CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS GO-TO-MARKET ENROLLMENT FULL-TIME THE COMPANY CollegeVine is the largest student advisory firm and growing rapidly, in fact last year we grew 3x!!! We are currently adding Account Executives to continue our growth and leadership. In the past decade the college admissions process has become increasingly high stakes. The average high school student only receives an average of 38 minutes of college admissions guidance. At CollegeVine, we seek to level the playing field through two key assets; near peer mentorship and technology. Our near peer network of hundreds of top college students advise high school students and their families throughout high school and the application process. We have delivered this to over 6,000 students and over 70% of the time they get into 1 of their top 3 college choices. As a result, we help families confidently navigate the path to the best schools for them in the most optimal way. We are looking forward Enrollment Directors that want to be part of growing organization that constantly trains and rewards their employees. Account Executive This role will be a key sales resource with three primary areas of responsibility: Consult with parents and students to explain the ROI of our programs and services Manage full sales cycle from qualified lead to close won Meet or exceed quota/revenue targets REQUIRED SKILLS You must have incredible drive, passion and work ethic Very strong communication/phone skills Strong execution and organizational skills known to translate efforts into results Great at telling stories You are a confident professional with the ability to perform and the desire to win Comfortable working in a start-up environment where speed is key Excellent problem solving capability Ablility to drive entire sales cycle Ability to work well as an individual, as well as a team player Exceptional commitment to quality and a hawk-eye for detail Multi-tasker; ability to juggle multiple things at once Love for data integrity and ability to analyze data REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 2 – 5 years working in a high-volume software sales environment Bachelor’s Degree required Understanding of college admissions is a plus POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to inbound leads in a timely and consultative basis Overcome objections and match needs with our service capabilities Ensure communication of value proposition and focus on ROI selling Implement consistent process, CRM usage and messaging Achieve annual targets Career growth opportunities, developing you for the next role at CollegeVine Continuous training BENEFITS Competitive compensation plan (salary + commission + bonus) with no cap on upside earnings Medical & Dental Insurance through Blue Cross/Blue Shield with generous employer contributions Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance through Mutual of Omaha that are 100% employer paid 15 Days PTO + 5 Sick Days + 10 National Holidays + Your Birthday Off Contributions towards tuition and student loan repayment Flexible Scheduling
