Salesforce's dramatic growth would simply not be possible without the collective energy of our people. Plan scope is global and looks out to FY24+ for all roles, with special focus on key technology talent, customer proximity, and overall financial performance.

The candidate will be detail-oriented and hands-on, helping to build out, at a detailed level, all aspects of the plan, associated models, inputs and assumptions.

The successful candidate will also support other related, mission-critical projects as needed working in support of the EVP of Global People Strategy and Operations.
