Instana has been growing rapidly and we’re looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the marketing team to plan, organize our presence at industry meetups globally and other sponsored events throughout the year. About the role: Identifying, planning and coordinating all aspects of meetup events Proposing new ideas and make recommendations to improve marketing events Traveling to events to manage on-site presence, and assist with lead generation Ensuring leads are uploaded to CRM and passed onto the sales development team Keeping track of event finances including requests, invoicing, and reporting About you: You’re a high energy team player and enjoy some healthy competition Extremely organized with excellent project and time management skills A self-starter that can work with minimal direction Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Willingness to travel Proficient in Excel, Google Suite Experience with CRM tools a plus 1-2 years of event planning experience 1-2 years of marketing experience a plus Bachelors degree required Does this sound like you?
