Functional Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and influence others
• Listens for pain points and proactively offers solutions

Technical Skills

• Experience with creating and maintaining reports in a Data Viz tool such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI.
• Excellent Excel skills (we know EFX uses Google, but Excel skills are transferable to Google Sheets)
• Experience with Google Apps Script, or very strong in JavaScript
• Web Apps - basic understanding is OK, although some development may be needed here
• SQL

Nice to have: 

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow (especially GRC) is a huge plus. GRC module is fairly new, so would be very hard to find.
• Experience in Aha! and Jira, or strong desire to learn both the user side and integrations to / from those systems.
