We are growing, and we’re looking for an amazing individual to join our team! We’re seeking a real champion for this position: a well-rounded person to help our CEO & company with various tasks. This will include recruiting new talent, helping our team with communications, team meetings, internal HR, managing our CEO's inbox, scheduling meetings, researching meetings, building new relationships, and much more. This is a very robust role, you will learn a lot, we need someone smart, and enthusiastic, good with people and a go-getter!
Our team is mostly remote and incredibly smart, passionate, supportive, skilled, and open to learning and constantly developing. We’re looking for someone who can match that energy.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be wearing many different hats and this is a very exciting position! You will help with finding new talent for our company, conducting interviews, filtering out candidates that do not match our criteria, as well as handling small basic HR items for our company. A key role you will play is directly working with our CEO to manage his inbox, incoming meetings, researching various tasks, connecting him with new connections and much more. There is no limit of tasks here, we need someone who is good at operations and can wear many hats. We need someone reliable & long term!
You must be self managed and responsible and be able to work EDT hours.
Wearing multiple hats is a must for our company. We are fast-moving, fast-changing & growing.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (Please read All):

- Great at gauging people.
- Self-managed & motivated.
- Must have a great personality and comfortable speaking to customers
- A fully functional workstation & quite working space.
- Able to overlap with our Washington DC based team in EDT hours.
- Able to manage your own time.
- Full-time (40 hours per week). We want to make it clear that this is NOT a freelance / part-time position you can do in tandem with other professional endeavors.
- 100% Remote - Work from anywhere (OK, almost anywhere…), as long as you have regular overlap with Eastern Time business hours and can schedule overlap with Pacific Time business hours when needed for customer calls.
