WebPunch is hiring!We have a talented team of developers; we are looking to add to our team and hope this person is you. This is a contract position with a guarantee for 6 or longer months. If things work out, we would love to have you join us full-time.We are not looking for someone to just write code. We want someone who will be part of our WebPunch family, help us to improve our technology and think of ideas on how we can do this, we would love someone to participate in discussions around our business plan and objectives. Our desire is to hire someone who is going to interact with our WebPunch team; just not the developers. We want someone who cares and wants WebPunch to succeed and knockout our competition. A little about our team. Our “home” office is in Denver, Colorado. We practice agile development with two-week sprints and need someone with excellent communication skills, can attend daily stand-up at 8 pm MT (this can be hard for some people!).Really, we are looking for someone who has excellent experience with Rails and good communication within a remote team, who wants to make a difference to small business owners and writes really good code. If you enjoy front-end work, well, that is a bonus! We don't require anyone on our team to clock in at certain times or have dedicated Slack hours. We believe in taking time to spend time with family and friends and pursue outside interests.
