Front-end Developer Level Entry to Mid Brightfind, an award-winning digital design and web development agency, is looking for a Front-end Developer to create state-of-the-art websites for our clients. In this Front-end Developer role, you will: Write clear, performant JavaScript (pure ES6+ we don’t rely on JQuery) Write clean SASS/SCSS Work with the Design and UX teams to bring wireframes to life in the browser Learn constantly to stay on top of the latest front-end technologies and practices Ensure coding standards and performance budgets are observed throughout the life of a project Help to gather requirements, write functional specifications, and determine optimal implementations. Required Experience and Skills: Experience building front-end user interfaces JavaScript (pure ES6+ we don’t rely on JQuery) SASS/SCSS/CSS (knowledge of BEM a plus) Understanding of web accessibility Understanding of web performance Git Node.js build tools such as Webpack Additional desired skills and experience: Model/View framework experience.
