Frontend Designer or Project Manager

Below are two of the the positions we tend to hire for more regularly: frontend designers and project managers (if you’re wanting to apply for a developer position, please use the JavaScript Developer application). Frontend Designer
Our frontend designers have stellar design skills and design portfolios to back that up. They are comfortable designing a visual language for a website and then translating that language into solid, responsive frontend code. They care about the little details when it comes to typography, interactions, animations, user experience, and layout, and they design and present initial concepts, writing some level of the frontend code.
Experience and fluency in the latest web/design tools are required:
Being comfortable with code is preferred. Thinking and delivering with modular principles will also be expected. You will be expected to work in our frontend build process that includes tools like: Sass, Github, Handlebars, NodeJSON, and GruntGulpbonus if you have experience with animation/prototyping tools (Principle, Framer, etc.) and a CodePen Account. As a Frontend Designer, youll also be expected to share your learnings on our blog.
Project Manager
Our project managers are experienced in running software projects. We strive for a balance between managing logistics and managing expectations, recognizing that its the people that drive a projects success. The web is a unique medium, and our project managers understand that and can manage a project with flexibility, always seeking a better process.

Were better when we work with our clients, not just for them, so were looking for someone with a deep desire for collaboration. Being a solid communicator, both internally and externally, will be critical to our success together.
