Build tooling and dashboards to give development teams clear visibility of their performance

Help teams to identify and fix bottlenecks through deep performance analysis.

Work with your team to build tooling that brings performance engineering directly into the hands of front-end developers.

Influence how development teams approach performance engineering, and the architectures they choose.

7+ years of hands-on experience as a developer, front-end developer or architect; 3+ years experience in front-end performance optimization

Experience using Chrome DevTools for analyzing performance

Experience gathering and analyzing real user metrics from the browser

Experience with performance auditing tools such Lighthouse, WebPageTest

Deep understanding of front-end optimization concepts - e.g. caching, CDN, networking, HTTP/2, server-side rendering

Strong leadership, motivational and influencing skills

Clear communicator with the ability to share your rationale for your direction with engineers and non-engineering audiences

Deep understanding of engineering practices

Experience working in lean and agile environments
