We're looking for a talented front end developer to collaborate with our backend team on a next generation pharmacy/telehealth web application. We're currently prelaunch and require someone who's willing to work quickly to take wireframes, iterate with the design team, then translate them into a super efficient, responsive user experience that minimizes clicks and prioritizes speed and clarity over all else. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, Node JS, and React.js is a must. Applicants should submit live examples of work including previous client builds/interfaces/single page applications/demos/apps etc along with resume. 2+ years experience shipping production web applications required. This is a short term contract position with potential to stay on.

# Responsibilities
* Developing new user experiences using React
* Building reusable components and frontend libraries
* Translate designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high quality UI
* Optimizing components for performance
* Polished UI to ensure it matches 1-to-1 with designs and prototypes

# Requirements
* 5+ years of professional experience preferred
* Thorough understanding of React and its core principles
* Experience with popular React state management (such as Unstated, the context API, hooks, Redux)
* Knowledge of Typescript or willingness to learn
* Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools like Docker, Webpack and Sass
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES2015 - 2017
* A deep knowledge of modern CSS such as flex and grid
* Proficiency in Rails a plus
