The Opportunity:

This position reports directly into the Director, Digital Platform Delivery.   

What Your Impact Will Be: 

• Be an integral lead for transforming our global direct-to-consumer digital platform
• Owner / technical lead to multiple digital projects/initiatives within the portfolio.  Activities include:
• Providing technical designs for eCommerce and digital websites.
• Leading development activities for eCommerce, CMS, Digital CRM, Analytics and digital websites,
• Developing scalable, performant solutions that will power our direct to consumer brands sites.
• Build multi-brand, multi-language, multi-currency global digital websites.
• Responsible for creating high level design, reviewing and ensuring code quality
• Mentor and coach development team as needed
• Drive census between security, architecture, integration, and digital teams

What We’re Looking For: 

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems OR equivalent experience 
• 5+ years relevant experience in digital platform development and leadership
• Development of digital properties (websites, mobile apps, emails, social media apps, etc.)
• 2+ years experience in E-Commerce and Cloud platforms
• Experience with full stack development
• Experience with cloud native computing platforms
• Experience with eCommerce websites
• In depth knowledge of SCRUM and Agile SAFE delivery and management of product backlog
• Persistent attention to detail with strong technical and business aptitude
• Experience with Dev Ops approach to development and operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ideal candidate would be a hands-on lead who can rollup their sleeves and drive by example

PREFERRED:

• Experience with a JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Experience with cloud-based computing platform such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with digital image optimization and delivery
• Experience content management systems
• Experience with Ecommerce platforms – (Shopify)
• Experience with Dev Ops and CI/CD tools such as Git Hub, Git Labs, etc
