This is a remote position.
Well funded and growing Analytics Start Up has new features to build and we need an experienced full stack Developer with strong MVC design skills to work on much of the backend components. Well rounded full stack Javascript skills are needed to work well with the small team, so some MERN stack experience would be great. But our backend is on PHP (Laravel, Cake, etc are fine). So strong PHP backend skills on MySQL and some noSQL using MongoDB are key. Some projects use full React Native, so some NodeJS skills are necessary too.

Lots of new projects, small, vibrant team. Great office location downtown Toronto (when things reopen) and good balance of exciting big data problems to solve.

Requirements
- Solid Full Stack MERN or LAMP stack developer, with solid Javascript front end knowledge. Will be the core backend PHP developer for the team, designing and building robust backend services in MySQL.
- 4+ years of PHP experience as a backend developer
- 1+ year of NodeJS backend experience
- 2+ years of full stack JScript developer experience
- Experience building MVC architecture and designs
