Graphic Designer TELECOMMUTE Austin, Texas, United States or Remote Job Overview: Perfect Keto has grown extremely fast since launching in late 2016 and to keep up with this growth, we’re doubling down on improving our website experience and customer education. We believe that visuals are an excellent way to communicate with our customers and are looking for an organized, high-output graphic designer to develop complex concept into digestible visual designs. You are extremely organized and effective in prioritizing and spending your time. You have a proven track record in typography, branding and visual design, and experience partnering with marketing, copywriters, product and developers to create cohesive (and most importantly, effective) design assets. Hire level: Intermediate = Minimum 1 year of experience RESPONSIBILITIES Use clean style to convey complicated messages about health to easy to understand graphics and design. Use programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other commonly used graphic programs to create design assets Experience fulfilling creative for multiple print media publications per advertising schedules Create final deliverables for emails, ads, digital downloads, landing pages, promotions, events, PDFs, eBooks, etc. Review, edit and approve all design assets prior to printing, sending or distribution Design to die line specification for packaging needs. Organize a system for updating status of pending design request, and organize and maintain all design assets. Work with marketing, product and operations teams to develop print and digital marketing materials Ensures quality and accuracy by proofing own work, providing proof copies for review by others, and revising materials according to feedback on proofs. REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high growth ecommerce design role or equivalent Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (and love keyboard shortcuts) Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong attention to detail Extremely high design standards Clean and straightforward style Strong typography A portfolio from previous graphic design roles or contract work showcasing your abilities Ability to manage own time and priority of tasks without massive amounts of direct management.
