Do you want to prepare students for a computer and data-driven future? At Inspirit, we are building the future of online CS and AI education. We’re a fast-growing startup founded by Stanford and MIT graduates. We’re already serving thousands of students with over 30 different online live course offerings, and we’re just scratching the surface.

Our courses are taught by researchers from top universities, and our content is derived from real-world applied research projects. We directly serve students and parents, and also partner with top schools like Sal Khan's Project-Based Learning school to deliver our content as part of their curriculum. We’re growing our curriculum into more domains, a wider age range, and launching new tech-assisted learning formats to expand our reach.

As our first-ever marketing hire, you’ll be working closely with the founders and managing team of Inspirit. You will be responsible for growing and nurturing student and parent awareness and demand for our programs. You will design the student & parent journey that leads to them being successful members of our programs. You will dream up and run marketing campaigns, define and monitor metrics of success, and continue to keep them engaged during and after their program, including building programs to encourage additional course purchases.

This is a full-time position. We are a remote-first company, so we’re flexible about your location.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer journey from awareness to attendance and beyond for Inspirit’s program offerings
  • Define, execute, and monitor scalable and high-quality digital marketing programs including SEO, nurturing, paid marketing, and more for all Inspirit offerings
  • Own the analytics system for tracking and optimizing conversions
  • Participate in development, testing, and execution of go-to-market strategy for new products

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience developing and executing analytical marketing campaigns in a thoughtful, authentic, and value-added way
  • Experience with email marketing tools including tracking and improving overall campaign success, as well as details like engagement and outcomes
  • Experience with SEM, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads, as well as SEO tools and content creation approaches
  • Preferred: Experience working in education technology, K-12 education space
  • Preferred: Experience managing a team; fundraising; partnering with school and nonprofits
