Head of Affiliate Acquisition at Jooble is a colleague with experience of building / managing a team of affiliate or sales managers from 2 years. We need a person who will come and build processes for affiliate traffic from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and development of an affiliate program for the whitecollar niche.
- Building of a system for attracting affiliate program partners.
- Traffic quality tracking settings.
- Traffic efficiency analysis.
- Traffic management at the level of each partner.
- Development of sales processes, formation of USP (Unique Selling Proposition) for different segments of partners, management of the sales funnel, management of the billing process of partners, etc.
- Partner billing process management.
- Support and development of relations with existing partners, search for new opportunities for cooperation with them.
- Collecting feedback from partners.
- Team building, building processes within the team, team management.
Requirements:
- Understanding the work of Affiliate Marketing: sales funnel, payment models, traffic, CPC, conversion, revenue, ROMI.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools.
- Fluent English (for complex negotiations with partners).
- Systematic, analytical mind.
