Outdoor Voices is seeking a Head of FP&A to play a critical role in shaping the future of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers, budgeting, and financial reporting. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting process. Lead the initiative to reconcile discrepancies and identify gaps between strategic forecasts, annual plans, and rolling forecasts
• Support the CFO in modeling forward-looking business scenarios and evaluating operational opportunities
• Oversee weekly reports and dashboards to track progress against our business goals
• Partner with business leadership to ensure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency, to enable financially sound decision-making
• Partner with the accounting team on the monthly close process
• Support CFO in preparing materials for OV's Board of Directors and investors

Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience in financial consulting, investment banking or FP&A
• Internal FP&A experience with a high growth organization a plus
• Experience leading financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and long-term business planning
• Deep understanding of corporate finance and operational drivers
• Experience synthesizing data and presenting complex information to diverse audiences
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced in Excel and Powerpoint
