Job Description:

As the Head of Marketing, you will help define our brand marketing strategy to enable Scholly to become a household name for college scholarships and academic success. In this role, you will draw from customer insights to develop our brand identity, craft compelling stories, manage creative campaigns, and ensure the delivery of consistent messaging to help make Scholly an iconic brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth
  • Launch and manage brand campaigns to reach millennial and Gen Z target audiences
  • Leverage customer insights & data to create compelling stories and inspirational narratives
  • Reinforce and ensure consistency in Scholly's brand throughout the customer experience
  • Partner with product, design, and other teams to gather actionable customer insights to drive marketing strategies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to agencies and external contractors in alignment with business needs and brand image
  • Manage marketing budget consistent with business strategy and goals


Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing with specialization in brand management
  • Experience leading marketing teams and executing brand strategies from the ground up
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven success executing brand strategies and achieving results for B2C products/services
  • Excellent presenter and communicator with impeccable storytelling skills
  • Critical thinker grounded in data, analytics, and KPIs
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt in a fast changing startup environment
