Head of Marketing and Communications

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase Speexx brand awareness and effectively communicate our value proposition
• You have great curiosity for data and enjoy measuring results and un-covering trends
• Lead a fast-growing global marketing team at multiple locations by a clear set of KPIs and objectives.
• Ensure every client touchpoint reinforces our brand proposition and drives more prospects from consideration to clients
• Build relationships with industry experts and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
• Plan and execute cross-functional go-to-market activities and campaigns
• Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; use this knowledge to inform internal stakeholders
• Partner with global Marketing and Sales Development teams and leverage external resources to produce clear, compelling, and persuasive content for driving demand generation.
• Liaise with Product Marketing to create sales enablement material including sales decks, product sheets, presentations/videos and demo scripts
• Work with global enterprise clients to build case studies and testimonials
• Proactively recruit and execute marketing hiring plan for a hyper-growth scenario
• Be a mentor and coach who operates with powerful behaviors of being accountable for excellence. Create unique learning opportunities to ensure continued development of the team

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior marketing role. Experience in B2B enterprise software; SaaS/on-demand software a plus
• Hands-on approach and demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Solid knowledge of SEO, Linkedin marketing, social, web analytics and Google Adwords
• CRM systems (MS Dynamics a plus), project management, asset management, marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar), ABM and data tracking tools (Power BI or similar) to assess campaign effectiveness
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal English communication skills. Comfortable with web/video conferencing and social collaboration platforms
• Experience in fast scaling a global team and experience with remote management in an international environment
• Proven track record of successfully coaching, mentoring, and developing Marketing professionals
