Dune Analytics is on a mission to make crypto data accessible. We started out in 2018 making it easy to analyse Ethereum data. Today we’re a collaborative data analytics platform which is used by tens of thousands of developers, analysts, investors and community members to better understand how the crypto ecosystem works. About the role
We have product market fit, we have capital and we are in an incredibly fast growing industry. Hiring absolutely amazing people is the hardest and one of the most important things we do at Dune. When you hire the best people, making them thrive and enabling them to do the best work of their lives is the only way to keep them. In this role you’ll be the first people person in Dune Analytics. You will help establish and operate all things related to recruiting, hiring, operating and compensating amazing team members. In this role you will:

Recruiting - attracting and hiring top talent
Operate all of these efforts and eventually hire more people team members
Be responsible for organizing amazing team in-person get togethers 2-4 times per year
Report to our CEO and work closely with Head of Operations and Finance

Not a requirement but a plus if you have:
Worked in high growth software startups
Experience or a strong interested in crypto
Experience in a remote first environment
