The Red Hat People (HR) Infrastructure Operations team is looking for an HR Coordinator to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will play an important part in coordinating learning and development efforts while processing data requests, managing and researching inquires, and virtually supporting training delivery. You will work with a diverse HR team to deliver training to the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region and contribute toward continuous improvement of HR services.


  • Update and maintain our learning management system
  • Deliver HR services with a focus on learning and development, including planning, training logistics, vendor communication, and course set up
  • Monitor training inquires, answer employee questions for defined operations procedures, and escalate as needed to ensure timely response and resolution
  • Work on cross-functional projects to ensure continuous improvement of learning and development programs

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources (HR), learning and development, or a shared-service environment
  • Great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
