Job Posting Title: Hub Distribution Planner Job Description: Unlock your greatest potential with the opportunity to make a difference, drive results, and develop a rewarding career. Position Purpose: Do you have a passion for planning and logistics? If so, your focus as a Hub Distribution Planner would be on distributing product to our 80 agronomy warehouses based on demand. You will also do the transportation planning, building and coordinating loads. You will use your analytical skills as you analyze current inventory, sales trends and history and make determinations of how to plan for product. You will be part of a team that manages an average monthly product inventory of $1B. and $4.5B of annual purchases. There are 4500 active item numbers. This is a collaborative environment. You will work with other Planners, Sales, Transportation, and other groups, Experience-Education (Required): 4 year Degree from an accredited college or university. 3+ years in Supply Chain Planning, Operations Management, or Business. Competencies-Skills (Required): Quantitative skills; ability to analyze data. Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a timely manner. Ability to work well under pressure and provide follow – up with strong attention to detail. Competencies-Skills (Preferred): APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification; Project or Change management experience.
