As Institutional Investor Relations - Team Lead, and an early member of the U.S. team, you will play an integral role in developing our sales and growth strategy, with a focus on creating an efficient and scalable investor relations process, from lead generation through deal close and asset management.

This is a high impact key position that will allow you to work closely with the leadership team, as well as cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, and Equity Success Team. If you have a passion for innovation in finance and sales – and you love to build businesses from the ground up, this position is the right fit for you.

Requirements

  • Lead the Institutional Investor Relations Team to achieve the sales goals.
  • Analyze and report current and forecasting sales results on behalf of the Team.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with EquityBee’s community of institutional investors (Family Offices, Institutional Investors, Financial Advisors). You are not provided with leads, so it is strongly suggested that you have your own network of potential investors.
  • Prepare and pitch prospective investors to invest through the EquityBee Reserve Fund, explaining EquityBee’s value proposition and available investments.
  • Research and analyze technology startup companies.
  • Grow the institutional investor investment portfolio in our offerings.
  • Create and share reports with investors on a regular basis.
  • Partner cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, and the Equity Success Team to continuously evolve and enhance our customers experience, the product, and the overall sales process.
  • Be able to explain private placement offerings and the legal Investment Documents to prospective and current investors.
