  • Coordinate the monthly and annual payrolls for the Irish payroll as well as few other countries within EMEA in concordance with the Swiss manager and team.
  • Responsible for the quality of payrolls processed by payroll providers (mainly ADP)
  • Answer to employees payroll questions, within our SLA time frame
  • Assist HR, Total Rewards and Compliance teams with their inquiries
  • Interaction with government agencies as needed (P30s, P45s, P60s and P35 CSO reports)
  • Documentation of rules and regulations in a centralized playbook
  • Run training sessions for employees to help them understand payroll
  • Support accounting teams with reconciliations (help GL team, treasury, AP,...)
  • Continuously develop and enhance the payroll processes
  • Manage Employee Stock purchase plan, RSU and Stock Options in payroll for countries of responsibility
  • Fulfill all external reporting requirements and support payroll tax audits
  • Process monthly and annual social and tax declarations and reports to governmental agencies
  • Proactively manage the relationship with benefit providers (health insurance, pension, meal ticket,…)
  • Help finance and accounting on annual processing (profit sharing, annual close, accruals,…)

Compliance:

  • Monitor regulatory environment for specific countries to pro-actively identify and implement changes required
  • Responsible to meet all payroll SOX controls
  • Participate in the SOX control design and SOX process narratives updates
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors to prepare inquiries answers
  • Ensure appropriate security of payroll confidential information
  • In accordance with external advice, proactively review payroll transactions

Change management:

  • Involved in ad-hoc projects including process improvements and acquisition integration within an international environment

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of EMEA payroll
  • Bachelor degree required.
  • Two to five years of payroll or finance background
  • Proficient with Excel
  • At ease with reporting with excellent analytical skills
  • Outstanding organization skills and methodical approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to work on a independent manner (team and manager based in Switzerland)
  • Willing to work in a fast growing, challenging environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • European Language desired in addition to English
