Role Description:
Due to significant growth, we are seeking a partner sales professional for our ISV Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have at least (3) years experience selling B2B software into the Enterprise market or large Service Provider markets. The ISV Scale Partner Account Manager is responsible for inbound partner recruitment, managing existing scale partners, developing a designated territory and concentrating on building and fostering ISV partnerships, and selling the AppCloud platform as well as our full suite of IP to partners.

Your Impact:

  • Lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Accurate forecasting and territory planning
  • Generating new revenue in new and existing ISVs through programmatic activities
  • Playing a key role in driving customer transactions
  • Up-selling technology and leveraging business from new and established partner relationships

Basic Requirements:

  • Account growth planning and execution skills
  • Proven ability to lead and assist in business case development with partners
  • Ability to sell Senior Mgmt and across Product Development and IT
  • Must have a curious mind set which is both creative, solution centric and possess a strong technical strategic thinking aptitude.
  • Ability to sell both bundling an application and deployment of a platform
  • 3+ years of solution sales experience selling OEM, ISV or direct software or SaaS solutions or similar
  • A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise or OEM/ISV partner deals
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Ability to establish programmatic communications on a 1:Many basis
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Mandarin language required

  • Passion and commitment for partner success
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
