AmmoReady.com is a rapidly growing ecommerce platform serving the firearms industry. We’re looking for a Junior Web Designer to join our team of five. You will be helping our customers (firearms retailers) configure, customize, and launch their AmmoReady storefronts. You will work with sales, support, and development, and you will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
- Kickoff consultation with each new customer (15 minute phone call)
- Storefront configuration and customization
- Connect wholesale distributors and payment gateway
- Install and configure optional add-ons at customer direction
- Storefront customization (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Limited graphic design and photo editing (logos and banner images)
- Copy editing for SEO purposes
- Implement third party email capture (MailChimp, Constant Contact, Sumo, etc)
- Edit DNS zone files for custom domains (GoDaddy, DNSimple, and others)
- Travel to SHOT Show and other industry trade shows as needed (after the pandemic)
Required Skills:
- HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Photoshop/Gimp/Pixelmator (or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a “self-starter” able and willing to work without direct supervision
- Firearms industry experience is a BIG advantage if you’ve got it, but is not required.
