Description:

This specific role is for a Solution Consultant (SC) in the Datorama SC team, within the wider EMEA Marketing Cloud Solution Consulting organisation. The Datorama SC’s role is to weave together, in one solution, all components critical to a measuring the success of a successful marketing campaign across the variety of digital marketing channels--display, web, search, social, email, etc. Presenting to Director and C-Level executives in both Marketing and IT, the SC must be energized and capable of delivering a powerful presentation and discussion of technology at all different levels of detail.

Responsibilities:

A Solution Consultant plays a crucial role in developing innovative solutions for complex digital marketing requirements.

  • Meet with C-level, Director-level, management-level and user-level customer contacts

  • Adapt to each type of conversation, whether it's strategic and high-level, or highly detailed and technical.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical resources to uncover technical challenges and goals relating to digital marketing, to then develop a solution and roadmap for the success of the customer.

  • Determine and undertake the best method for demonstrating Datorama’s product capabilities: tailored demos, workshops, or proofs of concept

  • Deliver an engaging and coherent presentation that connects complex technology to C-level audiences.

  • Stay up-to-date on product development and roadmap, industry trends, and industry news

  • Pre-sales consulting experience an advantage

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: presentation, written, and verbal

  • 3+ years in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture or consulting role

  • 2+ years working with BI/analytics/reporting tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Looker, Alteryx, or similar tools)

  • Deep understanding of ad technology (DFP, DCM, SSPs, DSPs, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), and media buying landscape

  • Excel, SQL/Database experience (Big Data platforms like Hadoop or Spark a plus)

  • Technical breadth: Experience with cloud architecture, security, networks

  • Time management skills with ability to effectively manage and prioritise own workload

  • Thrive on change, ambiguity and autonomy

  • Natural ability for consultative and solution-based selling

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

  • B.S. or B.A. degree
