Job DetailsThe Salesforce User Experience Operations team is currently seeking a Lead UX Program Manager to join our team. As a Lead UX PM, you'll partner with researchers and designers across multiple product areas to strategize and execute on recruiting and research projects. You'll be an integral part of the research process, driving our participant sourcing strategy and ensuring quality participants are found. You'll foster relationships with our community of customers and empower them to participate in our User Research program to impact future generations of Salesforce product design. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are focused on the customer experience and are fanatic for organization and logistics. You adapt easily to changes in requirements and are able to switch directions quickly. You are self-driven and can prioritize when faced with multiple projects, but know when to ask for help. You are a master of communication, both written and verbal. Ultimately, you are a professional team player with a positive attitude and approachable even when you are managing several projects.
In this role, you will:
Develop a participant sourcing strategy and execute against it, driving new members to our growing panel of over 25k users
Partner with internal customer-facing teams to identify new participant channels
Serve as a research advocate within the Salesforce community and our millions of customers
Create branding and marketing assets, crafted to entice our most difficult-to-reach targets
Act as a trusted advisor and provide solutions to support research efforts within a team of 40+ researchers
Manage customer-facing events, overseeing recruitment functions
Consult with internal partners on best practices, legal compliance and research ethics
Required Experience:
5+ years in a customer-facing role or project management capacity
Superb storytelling and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects at once
Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
Ability to collaborate with and influence others to achieve results
Knowledge of user research or UX process, enterprise platforms or the CRM space
