M&A Digital Integration Strategy ManagerWe are seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Digital Integration Strategy Manager to join a dynamic, high-impact team that leads the integration of Salesforce acquisitions into the Marketing organization.The Manager will be responsible for guiding the strategy to deliver best-in-class, data-driven digital experiences on salesforce.com for our acquired companies, working cross-functionally to build and execute against a thoughtful delivery plan to support the integration strategy and successfully transition an acquired company's website. This position requires a combination of a marketing and technology knowledge, with proven experience in understanding how all elements of digital marketing work together, including SEO, UX/UI, Development, Creative, and testing. This person will also be comfortable with program management and coordinating across numerous sets of stakeholders with disparate backgrounds, including Product Marketing, Creative and Brand, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Technology.The right candidate will be a model Ohana culture ambassador, have a creative mindset and can-do attitude, as well as the ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities. This individual must have the ability to develop trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders including C-level executives.Job Responsibilities

+ Engage with acquired company marketing team to understand its website and content strategy, and associated business objectives

+ Understand how to evaluate the acquired digital ecosystem to know what to keep, cut, or consolidate when moving content into the Salesforce digital ecosystem

+ Work closely with subject matter experts across SEO, analytics, UI/UX, design, development, content strategy, and marketing technology to drive a holistic integration recommendation

+ Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Business Technology to deliver website content migration that supports a consistent, customer-centric journey and ensures program integration

+ Partner with Product Marketing and Creative to understand and represent acquired company positioning and brand within Salesforce product portfolio

+ Ensure strong collaborative relationship between Salesforce teams and acquired company marketing team to develop consistently elevate the quality of our thinking and ideas

+ Provide oversight of program execution, and work closely with project managers and support planning, scoping, and timeline creation for website integration programs

+ Track milestones, tasks & key metrics with assigned teams

+ Manage cross-functional team resources and their deliverables

+ Develop and evolve best practices and playbooks to drive strategic improvement to our integration approach

+ Some travel expected (up to 25%)

Required Skills/Experience

+ 5+ years of marketing experience related to digital marketing or web experience

+ Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to understand digital analytics and how to think strategically based on the data

+ A strong business acumen to understand how demand generation, lead flow processes, and customer experience are represented and executed on within the digital ecosystem

+ Proven ability to develop and manage detailed programs and project plans, and a desire to roll-up your sleeves to see an integration project to successful completion

+ Ability to think strategically and demonstrate attention to detail, while being agile and flexible enough to move tactics forward instantaneously

+ Demonstrated success collaborating across departments and cross-functional teams around long-term projects and efforts

+ Must be a self-starter and a proactive team-player, working quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints, and with minimal supervision
