Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the DevOps Manager will work with members of our talented DevOps Engineering team to support and develop their skills and careers, as well as having a hands-on role in scaling our modern Linux security platform. Our technology encompasses Linux user-space agents, kernel/eBPF and hosted services. Your work will help with end to end infrastructure improvements and automation at scale.

Your team will build and operate large-scale systems and work with engineering and security to ensure security, high availability, and scalability within our platform. You will develop tools and processes that enable our engineering teams to deliver continuously, deploying in a seamless and coordinated effort. You will promote a strong reliability culture by partnering with software engineering, security, and architecture to solve operational problems. 

You’ll bring your previous experience in developing high-performance engineering teams and contributing to department and company wide strategic initiatives, from the perspective of supporting internal technical customers. You will manage Cmd’s infrastructure budget, AWS deployments, and the interface between the DevOps and product teams as they work to accelerate engineering.
