About the Role
SecurityScorecard's marketing team is investing a Global Channel and Alliance Marketing Manager to drive high-performing pipeline generation programs and drive partner engagement and enablement through the SCORE Partner Program.
The role reports to the VP of Revenue Marketing and will work closely with internal sales team as well as with external channel partner teams, contributing to revenue goals and strengthening partner relations. You will develop, coordinate and implement the channel and alliance campaigns and go-to-market programs that align with pipeline objectives. The right candidate will offer both the strategic know-how and tactical chops to build and execute the market planning and strategy.
Channel Marketing: Strategically plan, manage and execute on channel marketing programs such as email campaigns, co-sponsored lead generation events, lunch and learns, webinars and online programs to meet quarterly lead, opportunity, and pipeline metrics for partners.
Messaging Consistency: Ensure programs provide uniform SecurityScorecard branding and messaging, and properly educate and inform on the SecurityScorecard platform.
Campaign Execution Lifecycle: Coordinate with digital marketing and sales ops for support, including timely design and development of campaign materials and assets, import of leads into Salesforce.com/Marketo, routing of leads to sales, etc.
Analytics: Monitor follow up of leads and complete post-program ROI analysis
Social Media: Push out partner specific content as part of SecurityScorecard’s online presence
Partner Portal: Enable partner community with marketing tools through the continued development of the Partner Portal. Develop content like partner descriptions, SPIFFs, and training courses. Optimize portal features to facilitate communication and scalable engagement.
Partner Marketing Plans: Work with top tier partners to build quarterly and/or annual marketing plans as part of their overall SecurityScorecard business plans.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing and/or Business
5-7 years in a B2B tech marketing role, with ideally 4-5 years of experience in channel marketing
Track record of successfully supporting business growth with integrated marketing initiatives
Proven ability to create and author content, resources and collateral to support program execution
Data-driven decision maker focused on creating scalable campaigns and programs
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Impartner partner portal
Collaborator; relationship building with multiple constituencies including executive leadership, sales teams, customers and partners
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Creative thinker who seeks out innovative methods to generate and accelerate pipeline for new logos
