Description:
弊社内のインサイドセールス役割は、法人向けに新規案件の創出を行うお仕事です。（メール・電話でのお客様に対する内勤営業です。） 反響営業および新規開拓するインサイドセールスは、お客様へ電話やメールなどでお客様のビジョンや課題をヒアリングしたうえで、弊社サービスのご紹介を行います。

Role Description:
- チームメンバーの採用、育成、トレーニング、コーチング チームメンバーのKPI管理、モチベーション管理、チームパフォーマンスの最大化
- 外勤営業部門マネージャーとの連携（営業戦略の相互理解、アクションプラン策定、レポーティング）
- マーケティングとの連携（効果的なキャンペーンの企画、立案、実行）
- 営業企画、他部門との連携（各種プロセス改善の提案と実行）
- 上位マネジメントに対する各種レポーティング


Basic Requirements:

- 5年以上の営業経験
- 3年以上のチームマネジメント経験
- 各種KPIに基づくパフォーマンスマネジメントスキル
- 高いコミュニケーション力
- タイムマネジメントスキル


Preferred Requirements:

- 英語でのコミュニケーション力
- 大学卒業以上
