WHO WE’RE SEEKING: We are seeking a talented digital marketing expert to join our team as the General Manager for Seller Tradecraft. This is an incredibly entrepreneurial role with plenty of autonomy. This person will report directly to founders Anthony Bui-Tran, Fernando Cruz, and Nick Young. This is a great opportunity to build out a business with resources at your disposal, all while learning from seasoned entrepreneurs. As the Director of Digital Growth, you will be tasked with the management, strategy, and execution of all marketing assets for Seller Tradecraft digital products and software. At the management level, your responsibilities will include goal alignment across departments and project management. At the strategic level, you will responsible for ideating on revenue generating opportunities and driving marketing priorities across all departments. And finally at the execution level, you will be tasked with building, launching, and optimizing marketing funnels for the purpose of generating traffic, online leads, and ultimately revenue. This role is completely location independent. RESPONSIBILITIES: Come up with strategic and creative ways to generate website traffic and online leads Key involvement in ideation for funnel optimization Project management for funnel development and optimization Prioritize and manage marketing optimization roadmaps Split test management / A/B testing marketing funnels Manage and optimize all paid marketing channels teams (facebook, youtube, google ads) Effectively direct, communicate, and hire team members through to project completion Manage and grow users and engagement across all marketing assets (facebook group, youtube channel, email list) Ideating on new digital revenue generating opportunities Website and landing page testing and optimization experience Ability to provide weekly reporting of KPIs REQUIREMENTS: Hands on experience and deep expertise with paid advertising Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through testing and optimization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter, able to work autonomously Positive attitude, passionate, proactive, and team player Strong foundational understanding of marketing concepts Strong sense of urgency and prioritization Bonus experience with the following software: ActiveCampaign Clickfunnels Deadlinefunnels Manychat WebinarJam Could you please answer to the following questions when applying:  1.
