About this role
- Your goal will be to maximize brand awareness and traffic / app downloads to Aliens mobile and web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Grow and lead a team of seasoned Marketing professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and oversight; retain, develop, and grow the careers of team members
- Own the strategy and execution of global growth marketing campaigns that drive adoption and engagement of Aliens' products leveraging multiple channels both paid and organic.
- Partner with product teams to develop performance-driven growth efforts.
- Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to work closely with the data science team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel.
- Continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the crypto space and the marketing/comms channels used by crypto natives
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Leader
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Platform and tool independence - able to thrive using any platform, with deep understanding of the digital marketing fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B testing.
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
