Are you looking for a highly flexible (and with unlimited growth potential) position as a marketing manager for a fast growing and hungry digital marketing agency?
We work with clients in a few different niches, from cutting edge premium e-commerce brands to large multinational corporations such as Subway. We're looking for someone that TAKES OWNERSHIP of their work to help us absolutely dominate our industry by providing WORLD CLASS results and customer service to our clients.
Duties
We work with clients in a few different niches, from cutting edge premium e-commerce brands to large multinational corporations such as Subway. We're looking for someone that TAKES OWNERSHIP of their work to help us absolutely dominate our industry by providing WORLD CLASS results and customer service to our clients.
Duties
- Communicating with clients and making sure they feel well taken care of (over skype and slack)
- Taking ownership over the results of client campaigns, making sure client campaigns are profitable and we’re always testing and improving the campaigns to get even better results (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Managing the whole project, managing contractors and freelancers (designers, video editors, funnel builder, copywriters, media buyers)
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports for clients
- Developing and executing the marketing strategy to deliver results for clients (with the help of contractors/freelancers to help in the execution)
- Troubleshooting client campaigns
- Hiring contractors and building teams to deliver exceptional results for clients
- Continuously learn and develop your skills
Requirements
- Full time commitment
- Strong marketing and Facebook ads background (you have personally ran ads with ad spends of minimum $20,000 per month) at a profit
- Experience creating and managing teams
- You love creating systems and streamlining business processes
- Agency experience is a must
- You love solving problems, you truly believe that any problem can be solved with the right mindset and effort
