To be considered, you: Must love data Be an excellent writer and editor, with excellent attention to detail Have direct marketing experience Already be proficient with, or able to quickly learn and master new marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics, email marketing systems, digital advertising platforms, our in-house CRM/ERP systems) Be a real hands on implementer, capable of working with HTML/CSS, images, videos – produced by our fabulous media team – to create and manage a catalog of digital marketing assets. In this junior marketing role, you’ll work with us to grow multiple retail brands and own key projects in email marketing, digital advertising and media, ecommerce, merchandising, operations and more. Areas you will need to be familiar with (or are willing to learn quickly): CRM/CDP platforms Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager ‘Martech’ apps (landing pages, chatbots, modals) SEO platforms and measurement tools Project Management tools Excel/Google Sheets Your role specifically will be to facilitate the production and distribution of new creative (email marketing, display and search ads, product listings, etc.) and SEO assets (blog posts, metadata, etc.); then to report on the effectiveness of these efforts. You’ll work with a small, seasoned team of direct marketers, who are all willing and eager to help you learn and grow and open to you growing your creative input and overall responsibilities once production is finely tuned.
