AURIC is rapidly growing the B2B Acquisitions channel and we are seeking Regional Sales Managers that are entrepreneurial-minded and possess a start-up attitude. Remote positions are available.
Primary responsibilities will be to achieve all points of our R.E.A.D.I. management model:
2018 average first-year sales manager earnings:
Lifetime vesting and escalated residuals are retroactively applied based on client count.
There are no earnings caps.
This is a short sales cycle that is incentive-driven. Longer sales pipelines only account for 20% of our revenue.
Please do not apply without prior outside sales management experience.
Sales Managers will be required to recruit and develop a team of 5-10 Sales Agents stationed in the field locally or nationally.
