The RPA Developer is responsible for participating in the design, development, testing and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and intelligent automation solutions for a wide range of our business processes. You will be responsible for all aspects of designing and deploying Robotic Process Automations across various financial modules in order to meet requirements that are unique to Atlassian's business model. While evaluating new technological solutions and making recommendations to enhance existing systems and tools, this includes developing appropriate documentation for architectural, design, technical, implementation and test activities. Ultimately, it is all about building efficient systems and tools that enable finance teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.

You will need to have a BS/BA/IT Degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development. Experience in Designing, Developing, Testing and deployment of Bots using our selected tool: UiPath. Experienced in Determining RPA best practices and suggests how to improve current quality processes, standards and practicesSkilled certified professional having around 5+ years of IT Experience including 2 years of RPA process implementation using UiPath. Experienced in doing task recording, editing, scheduling and distribution using UiPath and working on different adapters like Application and Web to login to websites, searching in website, submitting web forms, or updating records on a website. Hands on experience in working closely with Process SMEs to prepare Process Definition Document (PDD) & Solution Design Document(SDD) and educated SMEs to work with Bots in production. Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes. Should be able to prioritize and manage Multiple Portfolios.
