FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full-Time SHIFT: Days EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Non-Exempt DESCRIPTION General Summary: The Onboarding Concierge will be responsible for the overall customer service and support of new agents wanting to join eXp Realty. Their main task is to man our Onboarding Concierge desk and assist agents in triaging their inquiries. Major Duties & Responsibilities: Assist agents in providing support and direction during the onboarding process Management of the Onboarding Concierge desk Assist agents in status updates to their application process Triage support needs and provide direction to the appropriate resource Provide excellent customer service Respond to client communication in a manner that provides added value and generates significant customer satisfaction Rapidly establish a positive working relationship with agents and other professionals Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). Identify problem areas, devise and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future problems. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma/GED required Experience: Must be able to work an 8:30am – 5:30pm PST shift Monday through Friday. 1+ years of experience in a front line customer service role Ability to work and manage in a high volume environment Ability to multi-task Experience in conflict resolution and diffusing situations as needed Ability to self manage Excellent organization skills EOE STATEMENT eXp Realty is an equal employment opportunity employer.
