Upright Labs, based in Washington DC, a leader in multi-channel inventory management for second-hand inventory is hiring an Operations and Logistics Manager to facilitate engagements with clients.

In this role, you will be assisting with the project management and implementation of Upright's service contracts. You will also assist with the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to win new customers. The work will be focused on onsite operational audits, warehouse and e-commerce build-outs, strategizing and developing plans, project management calls with customers, and producing marketing that can scale with quality and consistency.

About the Role
- Participate and add value in client leadership meetings
- Guiding retail and e-commerce operations generating tens of millions of dollars in revenue
- Identifying and resolving operational and human capital bottlenecks in real time
- Creating and managing customer project plans
- Preparing and analyzing business reports to identify operational improvements
- Analyze and improve organizational processes, quality, productivity, and efficiency
- Discovering new revenue opportunities with existing clients
- Implementing marketing initiatives and plans to drive more traffic inbound
- Take an idea and grow it from concept to full fledge implementation
- Juggling multiple balls at once

About You
- Energized and professional when presenting to a group
- Loves to analyze data and provide resolutions based on analysis
- Doesn’t hesitate to get hands dirty. If rearranging an operation, you are the first to build a table, move it to a new location, and will stay late to perfect the layout
- Well-spoken both via spoken and written communications
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (unlikely but possible)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in either technology, supply chain, logistics or sustainability
- Go getter who is not afraid of building things from the ground up
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms and/or industry

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Equity: .01% - .05%
