Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote Lisbon, Portugal

Working closely with the HR and Customer Success teams, the Operations Coordinator will wear lots of different hats working with everything from creating smooth procedures, ensuring high-quality and making sure communication runs efficiently. To be successful as an Operations Coordinator, you should have excellent communication and organisational skills. This is a remote position open in Europe.

As Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Functioning as team lead within operations
• Setting up procedures and processes
• Defining KPIs and performance evaluations for new positions
• Creating training materials
• Performance reporting
• Ensuring smooth running of shifts

Requirements

• Preferably 3+ years of experience working in an operations, project management, HR, or administrative role
• Background in social sciences, law, HR, communications or similar
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, lean organisation
• Ability to make decisions within the frame of the day-to-day business
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
