Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote Lisbon, Portugal

If you are a problem-solver and highly organised team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you may be our new Operations Coordinator! Working closely with the HR and Customer Success teams, the Operations Coordinator will wear lots of different hats working with everything from creating smooth procedures, ensuring high-quality and making sure communication runs efficiently. To be successful as an Operations Coordinator, you should have excellent communication and organisational skills. This is a remote position open in Europe.

As Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Functioning as team lead within operations
  • Setting up procedures and processes
  • Defining KPIs and performance evaluations for new positions
  • Creating training materials
  • Performance reporting
  • Ensuring smooth running of shifts

Requirements

  • Preferably 3+ years of experience working in an operations, project management, HR, or administrative role
  • Background in social sciences, law, HR, communications or similar
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, lean organisation
  • Ability to make decisions within the frame of the day-to-day business
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
