PlaybookUX is a software that helps businesses get feedback from their target audience. Gather feedback on websites, products, prototypes, concepts, and more. We’ve automated the process of recruiting, incentivizing, transcribing, and analyzing the video sessions. We leverage artificial intelligence to analyze research sessions. PlaybookUX works with high profile Fortune 500 companies as well as startups.
PlaybookUX is looking for an Operation Lead to own operations and customer success. This is a versatile role in a fast pace environment. This person will drive growth and client adoption for PlaybookUX. You’ll resolve complex issues for our users, and drive projects that optimize our customer’s user experience.

What you’ll do
Operations
- Aid in revenue growth and retention of existing PlaybookUX clients
- Manage the entire UX study lifecycle - from launch & recruitment to video approval
- Manage panel partnerships
- Train artificial intelligence models
Customer Success
- Drive customer experience initiatives
- Answer customer service requests with a growth mentality
- Comfortable live chatting, emailing and occasionally calling customers
- Troubleshoot desktop and mobile technology issues with customers
- Ability to pick up deep knowledge about the UX industry to aid with prospective customer questions
- Taking customer feedback to inform product and development decisions
