As an Operations Manager here at ContentFly you'll own front line interaction across our channels and manage our marketplace operations.

Manage our marketplace operations to ensure timely and high quality service
Run various process improvement / customer experience initiatives
Deploy various customer outbound campaigns to drive education and usage of ContentFly offerings
Improve the recruitment process for Writers
Respond to in-bound conversations from Leads, Customers, and Writers
Debug platform problems
Identify trends, patterns, issues and share with relevant teams at ContentFly
Improve the recruitment process for Writers
Run various other process improvement / customer experience initiatives

Salary: USD$45,000 - $55,000

This position is fully remote, you can apply form and work from anywhere.

About you

1+ years experience in a operations role at a software company
Curiosity, deep empathy, and patience are all important values in how we problem-solve for customers.
Self sufficiency: Our team is small and works independently, so you’ll be successful if you’re able to onboard quickly, research the answers to questions, and rely on past experience to make judgment calls with little to no hand-holding.
Familiarity with Intercom, Stripe, and Hubspot
Fluent in written English
Based in the U.S or Canada
