Woflow is a technology startup, creating products and solutions to support the high-growth on-demand economy. Our product is an end-to-end platform that allows our customers to request merchant data (think structured menu data, images, store information) and is the world’s first Merchant Data Platform.

Our customers include food delivery companies, online ordering platforms and eCommerce marketplaces. We provide the data infrastructure to help these companies scale and grow.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take responsibility for the supply side of operations for the French language. As such, we are looking for someone with excellent written and spoken French who can scale a large team within days (not weeks). You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supply-side operations for the entire lines of business in French. This includes hiring, training and providing feedback for many distributed freelancers who use our platform to earn a decent wage around the world.

You’ll be a core member of our broader Operations team, and you’ll marshal both internal and external resources to work toward immediate and financial goals, while providing concrete visibility to support long-term planning.

In this role you'll gain a unique insight into the Woflow product lines as well as the complexities of the food delivery and data structuring industries. You’ll also get to play a lead role in refining our internal processes and bringing the Woflow vision to life.

• Work closely with the Operations team to get up to speed with Woflow, our vision and become an expert for your product line

• Be responsible for the initial hiring and training of a large group of freelancers onto our platform

• Work closely with the freelancer team, to help support them, develop processes, improve efficiency of their output, while collecting data points for product improvement

• Develop relationships with external partners to understand where the product is heading

• Analyze and refine internal processes to increase efficiency and improve automated practices

• Interact with our internal platform, external software, and offer suggestions for new features and bug fixes

• Take ownership of individual projects from start-to-finish

• French language: native or bilingual proficiency

• Excellent written & oral communication in English

• Experience managing and delegating a team
