The Red Hat Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Order To Invoice (OTI) team is looking for an Order Management Specialist to join us in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you will be the last person to verify all sales orders and ensure that information is processed accurately. You should come prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams and customers. As an Order Management Specialist, you should have excellent communication skills in English, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both customers and other associates.


  • Perform queue management by reviewing and booking orders submitted by customers
  • Complete bookings under deadline pressure
  • Verify that invoices and orders are accurate
  • Distribute invoices to customers
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) controls and business policies
  • Respond to queries related to orders and invoices received from the sales team and customers
  • Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives of the team
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes
  • Complete other ad hoc duties as needed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus
  • Knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma or Six Sigma certifications
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedicated, adaptable, and flexible
  • Ability to create solid working relationships with a diverse set of colleagues and customers
